Personalized Running Coaching

I coach runners who want to training meaningfully through the changing seasons of life and continue to pursue long term goals in road, trail, and mountain running. My aim is to help you stay connected to the athlete within you for the long run, sustainably and intelligently.

Every athlete is different, so your training will be too. I create personal plans delivered weekly, based on scientific principals, performance data, your feedback and lifestyle.

My coaching is built on connection and informed by data and experience. We begin by understanding your “why” — what drives you and how running integrates into your identity. If you want to reach long term goals, training needs to complement your lifestyle, not compete with it.

Your current fitness is simply your baseline and from there we apply progressive, sustainable training principles to build long-term development. Your workouts won’t just tell you what to do — I’ll explain why you’re doing it and how it will help you progress.
